Michael J. Stodolka works as an attorney for our Newport Beach office. Stodolka focuses on personal injury matters, including auto collisions, in both pre-litigation and litigation. He works closely with clients throughout all stages of a case, providing personal attention and developing case-specific strategies to address each client’s needs. Stodolka’s goal is to help clients achieve a maximum recovery from their injuries while maximizing financial compensation for past and future medical care, pain and suffering, and wage loss. Additionally, Stodolka is a certified mediator in the state of California. As such, he is able provide a unique perspective and insight to any mediation proceeding. Stodolka resides in San Clemente with his wife, Laura, and daughter, Makena. He enjoys spending time at the beach with his family and maintains an active lifestyle that includes hiking and enjoying the many recreational activities Orange County has to offer.
Stodolka is a graduate of the Chapman University Fowler School of Law where he honed his advocacy skills, most notably receiving CALI awards in Negotiation and Arbitration courses. Prior to law school, Stodolka earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University in Irvine.
